Tired of waiting weeks for an appointment with a doctor? And then waiting way too long in the waiting room for that appointment? And then waiting in traffic to get back to work or home? That’s why there’s Cloud Care.
What’s the plan?
You and your family members can use Cloud Care and Premise Health services no matter which Workday medical plan you’re enrolled in. Workmates and covered dependents enrolled in Workday's Cigna Smart Plan will pay a $50 copay until meeting the plan deductible (IRS rules). Workmates and covered dependents enrolled in Workday's SimplePay Health Plan and Cigna Core Plan won’t pay a cent.

- Health services: 844-737-0894, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Pharmacy: 925-226-0000, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (closed 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch)
Cloud Care is closed on observed holidays.
Get care faster
Workmates and covered family members can access same-day appointments and a range of health care services at Cloud Care onsite health center and pharmacy in Pleasanton. Folks who live elsewhere can use Premise Health virtual care services.
Use the My Premise Health app, visit MyPremiseHealth.com, or call 844-737-0894 to schedule an appointment. Then, enjoy short wait times and fast (but not rushed!) visits with a health care team dedicated to Workmates and their families.
Cloud Care is great for:
- Primary care (including pediatrics for kids 2 and up)
- Acute and urgent care
- Annual physicals
- Basic dermatology
- Lab draws
- Antibiotics and select chronic condition meds
- Immunizations, allergy, and flu shots
- Acupuncture
- Low-cost over-the-counter medications
- Prescription medications (including specialty and mail order)
Pharmacy services
Cloud Care pharmacy offers everything from over-the-counter medications to filling specialty prescriptions. Our dedicated pharmacy staff will help you find what you need at the best possible price. They’ll even find and apply discounts that may be available for your medications.
Cloud Care pharmacy is in-network for Cigna and SimplePay Health plan participants. All Workmates can visit Cloud Care pharmacy for low-cost over-the-counter medications.
