Beginning October 30, you’ll find the Annual Enrollment announcement when you log in to Workday. Click the announcement, or use the task in your Workday task box, and follow the prompts.

Click on the 2025 Annual Enrollment task to choose and submit your benefit elections.

The deadline to enroll is Wednesday, November 15. If you don’t submit your elections before the deadline, we’ll automatically reenroll you in whatever your choices were for 2024—except for Flexible Spending Accounts. You must reenroll in FSAs each year; so if you don’t do it during Annual Enrollment, you can’t participate in 2025.

Form Health is a virtual weight management platform which connects you with doctors and nutritionists who can develop a weight management plan tailored to you. The program incorporates behavioral science and medication when needed, so the steps you take are long-term solutions. Form Health has replaced Calibrate.
